Acceptance of Terms
CryptogirlsParty is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the blockchain. This website is only an interface allowing users to exchange digital collectibles. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private wallets and validating all transactions, gas fees, and contracts generated by this website before approval. Furthermore, as the smart contract runs on the blockchain, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.
By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving CryptogirlsParty digital collectibles.
OWNERSHIP
i. You Own the NFT.
When you purchase a CryptogirlsParty NFT, you own the underlying NFT, the Art, completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the blockchain network: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any CryptogirlsParty NFT.
ii. Personal Use.
(i) for your own personal, non-commercial use;
(ii) as part of a marketplace or website that permits the purchase and sale of your NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each CryptogirlsParty owner’s rights to display the Art for their NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art.
iii. Commercial Use.
You can unlimitedly, world-widely use, copy, and display the purchased Art for any purpose, including for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art. Examples of such Commercial Use would e.g. be the use of the Art to produce and sell merchandise products (t-Shirts etc.) displaying copies of the Art or by operating a marketplace that sells your CryptogirlsParty, provided you are the cryptographically verified owner of the NFT.
Limitation of Liability
In addition to other limitations and exclusions in cryptogirlsparty.com Terms&Conditions, in no event will we or our directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to using our services.
These exclusions and limitations of liability apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
